We collect personal information when you provide your Personal Data in order to be assigned our global unique identifier, the bluenumber (B#), or if you sign up to become a registered user of our Sites including our products and services operated by Bluenumber.
Personal Data collected by Bluenumber as part of our registration process, may include your first and last name, email address, business or home address, phone number and any other information we require to provide a service you requested or to support your use of our products or services.
If you communicate or correspond with us by email or other forms of communication, we may collect the information you provide to us as part of those communications. For example, if you correspond with us through email, we may collect and store the email address you use to send the applicable correspondence and use it to respond to your inquiry, notify you of any publications or other services or keep a record of your complaint or enquiries.

If access cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, Bluenumber will provide you with a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, Bluenumber will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.

Your Personal Data is stored by Bluenumber on the secure cloud services Bluenumber engages. Bluenumber retains data for the duration of a business relationship with our client and otherwise as required under applicable law. We will retain your Personal Data as long as you are a B# holder or user of Bluenumber Services so that we can provide these Services to you.
If you are located in the EEA, at the moment your B# is removed or you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information, all of your Personal Data that has been received and stored will be erased unless we are required to retain this Personal Data by law or to comply with our regulatory obligations. In such a case, we will only keep this Personal Data for as long as necessary.
